About Jess

Jess Gaspari is the Tour Operator Advisor & Onboarding Change Manager at Tourwriter, working with tour operators and DMCs across the UK, Europe, and North America. Based in Barcelona with frequent trips to the USA, she joined the customer success team in early 2025 and quickly got to work on one of the most important parts of the Tourwriter experience: what happens when a new customer first arrives.

As a former DMC Managing Director and previous customer of Tourwriter, she knows from first-hand experience just how vital this process is. Jess combines her experience as a teacher, Managing Director, Travel Designer, and Mindset Coach to provide customers with exceptional support, from someone who truly understands the industry.

Over nine months, Jess rebuilt the Tourwriter onboarding process from scratch. The result is a structured, thoughtful programme that helps operators and their teams get genuine value from the platform quickly, without the confusion that often comes with switching software. She has created practical Loom video tutorials covering supplier data imports, bulk rate uploads, and client-sharing settings, so customers have clear guidance to return to long after onboarding ends. Jess is currently revamping the onboarding process to incorporate a project management platform to keep everyone across their progress and streamline communications.

Alongside onboarding, Jess runs Zoho Analytics webinars for Tourwriter customers. Her most recent session focused on preparing essential reports ahead of the busy season. She works closely with her colleagues Sarah and Ed in the customer success team, and has joined prospect demo calls to share her firsthand experience with competing platforms, helping tour operators make informed decisions about the right tool for their business.
