How Our Pricing Works

The price of Tourwriter is dependent on:

  1. The Tourwriter Plan (Lite, Professional or Enterprise) that best suits your business requirements.
  2. The number of additional concurrent users (simultaneous logins) you require.

Tell me about concurrent users

Concurrent users are active users, i.e. users who are simultaneously logged into Tourwriter.

How many concurrent users will I need?

Your sales executive will evaluate your business requirements and recommend a concurrent user number. As a guide, we usually base our recommendation on the number of full-time-equivalent sales staff your company has.

Is there a Setup Package?

Yes. Please contact us for details of Tourwriter’s Setup Package.

What is the Implementation process?

You will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Manager who will take you through the different stages required to get your company operational. In addition to the extensive learning opportunities offered by the Tourwriter Knowledge Base, there are 6 to 8 one-on-one training sessions (depending on your Tourwriter Licence Plan).
