Choose your storyboard structure, then push
When your trip is confirmed, open the share menu and select Vamoos. Choose day-by-day or item by item. Day-by-day groups everything into a single card per day. Item by item gives each service its own entry in the storyboard. You decide which suits the trip, then send.
03 CLIENT OPENS THE APP
Your client opens the app

Does the integration require technical setup?
No. The connection between Tourwriter and Vamoos is built in. Once your accounts are linked, you send trips from within Tourwriter using the share menu. No API configuration is required on your end.
What data is sent from Tourwriter to Vamoos?
Your itinerary content, destination locations, company logo, hero trip imagery, and any documents already attached in Tourwriter are all sent as a part of the itinerary push. Before you push, you choose whether the storyboard displays day-by-day or item by item.
Can clients use the app without internet access?
Yes. The Vamoos app is designed to work offline. Clients need a connection to download the trip initially, but once it is on their device, everything is accessible without signal.
Does my client need to download an app?
No. There are three ways to access their itinerary. Instant View is a shareable link with no login required. The Vamoos web app works in any browser. The Vamoos iOS and Android app gives the full offline experience, with maps, documents, and notifications available without a data connection.
Does Vamoos track flights automatically?
Yes. You enter the airline code, flight number, and departure date in Tourwriter before sending the trip to Vamoos. Vamoos finds the matching flight and keeps your client updated on any changes automatically.
Is Vamoos available on iOS and Android?
Yes. Vamoos is available on both platforms.
Can I use Vamoos without Tourwriter?
Yes, however you will not have access to tools to manage suppliers, prices, accounting, bookings and more. Vamoos is an app that specialises in creating the best experience from booking to boarding. Tourwriter is and end to end operating system that runs your core workflow from enquiry to booking. The Tourwriter integration is an optional connection for operators who use both platforms and want to eliminate duplicate data entry.
