About Jordan
Jordan Edwards is Head of Sales for UK, Europe and Africa at Tourwriter. Based in London, he works with tour operators, DMCs, and travel businesses globally, helping them work out what the right software can do for their operation.
Jordan joined Tourwriter in late 2024, attending World Travel Market in his first week on the job. Since then he has led the business's push into new markets, including developing a dedicated Irish, British and South Africa market entry strategy and running roundtables and webinars with partners like Vamoos for operators across the UK and Europe. He represents Tourwriter at trade events including PURE Marrakech, Scottish Golf Tourism Week, WTM London, Travel Tech, and ITB Berlin, and works closely with the marketing team on outreach, partnerships, and sales enablement.
His writing focuses on the commercial realities of running a travel business: how operators price and sell, what buyers actually need before committing to new software, and what a shift to better technology looks like from the inside. He talks to tour operators every day, and that shows in what he writes.
