HOW IT WORKS

Three simple steps.

Make the intro

Introduce us to a peer who shares your standard of excellence. This could be a luxury tour operator or DMC who would benefit from using Tourwriter. How you make the intro is up to you. A forwarded email, a call with your Account manager or filling in the form below all work!

Earn a reward

When your referral becomes a Tourwriter customer, you receive 10% of their first year's subscription as a voucher or renewal discount, up to a maximum of NZ$1,000. Another luxury, bespoke operator in the Tourwriter community gives us the ability to invest more into building the best operating system for you.

Shared success

We only partner with operators who fit our community (FIT, luxury or bespoke, mulit-day). Every new customer receives 1-to-1 onboarding, training, and AI-powered data loading. Referral rewards are applied after the new customer has been fully onboarded and subscribed to Tourwriter for 6 months or more.

When do you get your reward?

A few things to know about how this works.

  • ✓Rewards are applied after your referred contact has been fully onboarded and subscribed to Tourwriter for six months or more. We only count a referral as a success when we know it's working for them.
  • ✓Your referral must be submitted via this page or by email before any contact with our sales team.
  • ✓The referred contact must not already be in active conversation with Tourwriter.
  • ✓Maximum reward: NZ$1,000 per successful referral (or local equivalent). No cap on the number of referrals you can make.
  • ✓Tourwriter reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet our community standards.
