TourWriter is a Windows application (XP or later) that you install on your computer. The download size is only 14 Mb, and the install is simple and fast.

Once installed, TourWriter will connect to an online hosted database server (free as part of your free trial). Or if you choose, TourWriter can also download, install, and configure the database server on your own office server.

After you open TourWriter and are connected to your database, an email will be sent with simple instructions that you can share with other staff so they can also install TourWriter and connect to your new database.
