Experience New Zealand Travel is an inbound operator dealing primarily with US and UK clientele. We cater to the individual interests, budgets and requirements of our clients; and therefore deal with a large number of accommodation and activity suppliers.

In order for the business to expand further a more effective system to store and maintain information was necessary. We needed a system that would quote itineraries for clients, store accurate pricing information, create templates to be used for requests with accommodation and activity suppliers, and track payments to suppliers

TourWriter has enabled us to achieve all of this and more, with greater efficiency than we could have anticipated.

The necessary time required to prepare quotations, client documentation, and assist with payments has reduced drastically, allowing staff more time to concentrate on our first priority, our clients.
