Before TourWriter, what did you use?
Manual hand-written vouchers, Word, and Excel
What problems did you have with your old Tour Operator software?
I found that it lacked flexibility was VERY labour intensive and was not able to produce itineraries to the high stand that I required for our clientele.
How did these problems affect your business?
I found with our manual system, while it could do basic adding of files, that I could not get an easy collective view of the business without manually adding up everything, and the extra work involved meant I sometimes didn’t bother, and so was not on top of my business.
What made you decide to use TourWriter? Did you try out any other solutions?
After trying TourWriter for a little bit, I actually found myself enjoying the application, and knew it was one that I would actually use. For me this was the main selling point. Not so much the feature set, but how much I actually enjoyed the drag and drop nature of the application. It simply made putting together complex itineraries a breeze.
What was your experience when switching and getting started with TourWriter?
It was way less painful than I thought it would be. I was actually quite simple. After coming from Word and Excel,
I kept wondering if I was missing steps. It was just too easy! I contacted support a few times.
After trying out the booking process on TourWriter, I was hooked.
