TourWriter enables you to store all of your client details, it then allows you to drag and drop suppliers to build their itinerary.
- Records client details inc personal notes regarding the client for your reference
- Include specific notes regarding the client when emailing suppliers when booking requests and confirmations
- Records arrival and departure details, used to automatically date the itinerary and also produce reports such as “who is in the country now?”
- Simply drag and drop suppliers into the itinerary to create and build
- Search for suppliers by service type or location
- Make changes and cancellations to the itinerary with automatic audit trail
- Prices and margins are added automatically as per your agreed rate with your suppliers and are totalled to give an itinerary costing
- Produce pricing tables, vouchers, quotations and invoices
- TourWriter allows the user to override the prices, margins and totals if necessary
